How Primo Works

Primo Medicals is not your everyday medical marijuana delivery service. We are here to provide the best possible patient experience from the time you make your order to the delivery reaching your doorsteps.

You simply give us a call  at (800) 963-1327 to speak with one of our patient consultants. They will help you out and walk you through the whole delivery process and make sure you are satisfied with your Primo Medicals experience.

Once the Primo staff has received and fulfilled your order, you will receive a text telling you your order is on its way. Once you receive your text you will be able to track your delivery to your door with our GPS software.

 The Registration Process

  • New Patients: New patients can contact us at (800) 963-1327 and one of our Primo Patient Consultants will walk you through the process. You will be required to submit your Medical Marijuana Card and State ID. Once the Primo staff verifies your registration and you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration is complete. NOTE: You WILL NOT be able to make or receive any orders if you are not registered as a patient with Primo!
  • Returning Patients: Patients will only be required to register once. After the initial registration you are entered into our secure patient database that allows us to keep your information and credentials on file.

The Ordering Process

  • Primo Medicals ordering process works the same as any other online retailer or eCommerce site. You simply browse our medical marijuana menu online and can select the product, weight/quantity, and add it to your virtual shopping cart.
  • Once you are satisfied with your selection, you can go to your cart and begin the checkout process. Make sure to include all of you information before you checkout and confirm your order. Especially phone number so we can text you with your order confirmation and live tracking details.
  • You will not be required to make any form of payment through our site. As of now the payment methods we accept are cash on delivery(COD) and credit card. Once all your info is corrected and ready to be submitted you can confirm your order, sit back and wait for a order confirmation text us!

The Delivery Process

  • The delivery process begins once the Primo staff confirms, fulfills, and assigns your order to a Primo Driver. At the point, you will receive a order confirmation text from your assigned Primo delivery driver.
  • Once you receive your confirmation text you will have access to various features text features Primo offers.
    • View your order details
    • You will be able to call/text your driver
    • Track your delivery driver via GPS map
  • When the Primo delivery driver has reached the delivery destination they will call you and let you know your delivery has arrived. You will then be required to pay for your order and sign to complete the process.
